Materials Used:
- Silk sari pieces from eBay seller Vintage Fabrics Galore
- OR: two silk scarves (an easy thrift store find!)
I bought a smaller package of silk from this seller, and I was so impressed that I had to order a larger package. Both had a beautiful mix of fabrics. The pieces I used for the infinity scarf were approximately 12"x 40", and some of the pieces I got were even bigger than this, while others were slightly smaller. A word of caution: it comes from India, so you'll have to wait a couple weeks to get it, and the fabric does smell a bit musty. After washing, the smell disappeared.
