Sewing Tutorial: Infinity Scarf/Cowl Mashup
In this tutorial, you'll sew together two different scarves to make an easy infinity scarf/cowl.
Materials used:
- Two long scarves in complementary colors (an easy thrift store find)
First, cut them so that they're the same length and width. You can make one a little wider, if you want that scarf to dominate over the other.
Right sides together, sew up both long sides. Now reach into the long tube you've made and pull the bottom of the scarf up to meet the top of the scarf.
Match up the side seams, and sew around this tube, leaving a small opening. Pull everything through this hole, and then use an invisible stitch to close it up.
